* Those eligible for Concession Registration rates include: full time students, carers, young people (unwaged), residents of a country on the UN list of least developed countries (available to download here). Please note this list is subject to change and may be updated when new decisions become available. Students, regardless of membership status, will be asked to provide a copy of their current student ID and a supporting letter from their supervisor or head of department. For other Concession Registration rates, please ensure you have appropriate proof of eligibility available to upload during registration. These should be saved as one single PDF document and uploaded when prompted.
** Online Registration will close on Monday 3 March, 2025 after which on-site registration fees will apply. It will not be possible to register for a Workshop after 3 March, 2025. Please note that Workshops do have limited capacity and are likely to be fully subscribed much sooner.
Terms and Conditions
- All Registration fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD$). Any bank fees or foreign exchange charges are the responsibility of the delegate
- Early Bird Registration closes 2 December, 2024 after which General Registration fees will apply
- Registration fees include the following: Conference Reception on Thursday 20 March, 2025, on-site access to conference plenary sessions and concurrent presentations, conference catering breaks and delegate materials
- Accepted payment methods are VISA, Mastercard® and Electronic Bank Transfer. From 3 February 2025, all payments must be made by credit/debit card
Cancellations must be sent via email to conference@iaymh2025.org. Cancellation charges apply as follows:- cancellations received within 3 days of registration are without penalty
- cancellations received on or before 2 December, 2024 will incur a $50 administration charge
- cancellations received between 3 December, 2024 and 5 January, 2025 inclusive will incur a 30% cancellation charge
- cancellations received between 6 January, 2025 and 2 February, 2025 inclusive will incur a 50% cancellation charge
- cancellations received between 3 February, 2025 and 2 March, 2025 inclusive will incur a 75% cancellation charge
- cancellations received on or after 3 March, 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation charge
- If you are forced to cancel your registration because your Canadian visa has been declined, please email evidence of visa denial from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to conference@iaymh2025.org to apply for a full refund
- Please be advised that filming and/or photography will take place at IAYMH 2025. By registering for the conference you consent for the photographer, IAYMH, Jack.org, and Advantage PCO to use conference images in any and all media. This may include, without limitation, their use in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited
- By registering for the conference you are providing consent for members of the conference Organising Committee, the Executive of the IAYMH and staff members of our Conference Organiser (Advantage PCO) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by email or telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications in relation to the conference and the Association. Please note that we will not disclose your contact details to any 3rd party without your express permission
